At this stage, we work to gain clarity on the core competencies and behaviors of the role and determine desired outcomes for the position. Next, we identify ideal candidate experience profiles, and confirm who the hired individual will be working with. From this research, we are able to design and build an interview scorecard for the company.

Company Culture and Climate

At this stage, we gather information to understand the company's network and culture by interviewing key contributors about their experience within the company.

Screening

All candidates are screened extensively for Experience, Intelligence, Enthusiasm, Integrity, and Organizational fit. We focus on the candidate's needs, interests, goals, and experience to find the correct potential hire.

Onsite Interview

This is the real test. By following an interview process, designed by you, you will be able to identify key human capital assets for your team.

Behavioral Profiling

Once your talent pool is narrowed to your top candidates, we can introduce other aspect of profiling and screening. Our preferred testing method is a DISC Survey, helping us better understand how they will interact with your team and direct reports.

Follow Up

We follow up with all candidates 30, 60, and 90 days post hire, to ensure onboarding success. This process guarantees longevity of your new hire.
